We are open regular hours on Monday, April 8, 2024. The path of the eclipse continues from Mexico, entering the United States in Texas, and traveling through Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.  Small parts of Tennessee and Michigan will also experience the total solar eclipse. Not sure what Nashville will see this time, happy we were able to experience the total eclipse in 2017. Our store will be open regular hours today, so while your out, stop by and register for over $25,000.00 in door prizes and giveaways, as we celebrate our 50th anniversary. Bring your 20lb. Propane Tank and get it refilled for only $8.00 during April.

    Over the next four months, we will begin celebrating our 50th anniversary with several events and over $25,000.00 dollars in door prizes and giveaways! Make plans to visit our showroom beginning on April 1, 2024 through July 31, 2024, to register. How does 50 years go by so fast!  Our Dad Pat Sullivan decided to open a small grill, fireplace and water heater store back in 1974, when he retired from Nashville Gas. He along with his son Ricky Sullivan and some other partners worked  together in creating this wonderful family owned business. Now 50 years later we have relocated three times, each time increasing the size of our property and adding some of the finest  products in our industry for our customers, not to mention all our wonderful employees.   Pat’s son Ricky Sullivan and his family are now the sole owners and operators of The Hearth and Grill Shop. We Thank You for your continued support and business! Currently, we are in the middle of growing again, as we are adding exciting new products and additional areas for our outdoor patio furniture and beautiful fire pits.  We can’t wait for you to see the stunning DaVinci See-Thru Linear Gas Fireplace by Travis Industries as you enter our showroom. In 1974 when we opened our doors, we would refill your 20 lb. Propane tank for only $8.00 plus tax. What better way to celebrate 50 years, then to rollback the prices to 1974.

  We are now carrying Summer Classics Patio Furniture, we have several sets throughout our showroom. Come sit for awhile, the Dream cushions are so cozy and comfortable. Custom order your own personal style, from Teak, N-dura Wicker, Cast Aluminum, Wrought Iron, of course we have the Sunbrella Fabric and Cast Stone Tables. We offer Free Assembly and Free Local delivery within our service areas. Other options are also available, just ask our sales staff for information.

C.R. Plastics furniture is made from 100% recycled milk caps. Their furniture is so durable and I love the fact they are reducing waste going into our landfills. Looking for the most comfortable Adirondack chairs in the marketplace. I personally own these chairs, they are so easy to maintain. Just hose them down with your garden hose and wipe dry. I found after all the pollen has spread in our yard, to just spray with water to remove from all our furniture and outdoor fire pit. During the winter weather, they did great as well with all the ice and snow this past winter.       Once our new areas are completed, we will have several styles to view around some beautiful and cozy fireplaces. Hopefully, by the middle of April everything will be on display.

Since we opened our doors in 1974, we have been your destination for all things in grilling, outdoor kitchens and awesome smokers. We specialize in selling products manufactured in the USA We offer Free Assembly and Free Local Delivery on our portable propane grills. If you are creating your Dream outdoor kitchen, we stock a wide variety of grill heads, accessories and parts for the perfect outdoor area. Our in house installation teams are highly trained on the brands that we sell. We run the gas lines, install the grills and show you how to properly operate all your grilling appliances. We also provide service to keep your products operating for many, many years. We retain all your information in our systems, so when you call, just give us your name and phone, and we can get you up and running if you should ever experience an issue.

We have over 45 Fireplaces Burning Live with Vented and Vent Free Gas Logs…..

When you are looking to add or replace your Gas Logs or update your current fireplace to something more contemporary. We have the largest showroom in the southeast. Designers, builders and customers visit our showroom just to see what is the newest styles for their homes and businesses.  We offer installation and service with all our gas products within our service areas. If you are thinking of changing your gas logs with another set, just take a picture with your phone, measure the front width,height, depth and the width of the back wall if it tapers. Also, make a note where the gas is coming into the fireplace. Any of our sales staff will be happy to show you all the varieties of gas logs and also our electric products by Dimplex, if gas is not available. If you currently have a chimney, you can place vented or vent free gas logs. If you do not have a chimney, you can only place vent free logs or add electric logs. The brands that we sell and service are Real Fyre by R.H.Peterson, White Mountain Hearth by Empire Comfort Systems, Travis Industries and Superior. Plus, we also have a couple of wood stoves still in stock, but we can always custom order exactly what you want.
