Since vent free gas logs pull the air from your room, which dust collects and goes through the burner, this dirt and dust builds up and makes your gas logs unable to operate or light correctly. We only offer service for products purchased from our store, since our employees are trained to repair our products and we keep most replacements parts in stock. If the previous homeowner purchased the gas products from our store, please give us the owners contact information so we can locate the products you have in your home for service.     let’s see if we can help you find a repair service  If you didn’t purchase your products from our store, please locate the manufacturer, Google their company website , type in locate a dealer enter your zip code. They should provide a list of dealers in your area to provide service. If your manufacturer is no longer in business, please get some measurements of your fireplace and take some pictures with your phone so our staff can find a replacement product for your home or business.
