Hello Summer Time….

Let’s FireUp the Grills!

Where has this year gone, I can’t believe we are already in the middle of the year, beginning to start the month of June. We have had school graduation’s, several birthday celebrations and several weddings are planned during this summer season. Plus, running a family business and celebrating our 51st anniversary and hosting GrillFest 2025. We have been quite busy enjoying life. I am sure your life is busy just like ours. So it’s nice to just relax in our own backyard, visit with your neighbors, friends and have your family over for a barbecue. Since we own a grill store, we like to try the different types of grills we offer in our store. Recently we grilled some delicious steaks on the Fire Magic grill and put the vegetables on the MHP grill. I am sure one grill could do it all, but we had several people and thought let’s use two grills so all the food would come off about the same time. I would share pictures, but we were having so much fun talking and sharing stories we totally forgot!  I will make sure to get pictures next time.     One thing I really liked was the MHP grill, with the SearMagic cooking grids. When you are grilling mushrooms and asparagus these cooking grids are so convenient. You just turn them over to the flat side for vegetables. We could have grilled the steaks on the other side of the MHP grill with the SearMagic grids turned to the wide-ribbed side for grilling steaks, branding them with sear lines and locking in juices. But, we had so much food and we had our Fire Magic grill that grills a delicious steak with their Diamond Sear Stainless Steel cooking grids and flavor grids. It was just easier to use both grills.
