We get calls from several customers everyday, asking to repair a product we Do Not Sell. The main reason that we cannot provide service is….. We are unable to get the correct replacement parts and our Service Technicians are Not Properly Trained for your product brand. How to locate someone to repair a brand that we do not sell. Look up the manufacturer on your computer, each manufacturer has a dealer locator on their website. Put your zip code in the designated area. A list of dealers will appear, just choose the company with your brand. They will be happy to assist you. If the manufacturer has gone out of business, the only thing that we can offer, is to change out your product either Grill , Gas Logs or Fireplaces with another brand. Our Sales Staff will be happy to advise you with the information needed to change out your product. You are Always welcome to visit our Showroom in Nashville to view the brands that we offer.
