Yes it’s September, and the weather is still warm, but let’s get you scheduled for your yearly service call on your vent free gas logs. Just give us a call at 615-255-4551 or fill out the contact us form, and we will contact you to get you scheduled. We Only provide service for the product brands we sell and install. If you purchased a home with vent free gas logs already installed and they are not working correctly. Please identify the brand. Our in house service technicians can only provide service on the manufacturers we sell. Two reasons one we are trained on our manufacturers and the other is we will have the parts to properly repair your product. Thank you for understanding, if you have a brand that we do not sell, please Google that manufacturers website to locate a dealer in your zip code area. If these logs are old and outdated, we would be happy to give you a quote to remove and replace with a more efficient set of logs.

        R.H.Peterson is the manufacturer of Fire Magic and American Outdoor Grills (AOG), proudly made in the USA. We have sold and serviced these grills since we opened our doors in 1974. If you are looking for a grill that will last you for many, many years, this grill will fit the bill. We personally own these grills, one of  our grills was under water for over three weeks in February of 2019. We just purchased a home on the Tennessee River so of course we had a Fire Magic grill delivered for us to grill with. In February of 2019 the 500 year flood hit the Savannah, Clifton, Linden, Lobeville, Sugar Tree and Decaturville areas. Several homes were totally destroyed and several flooded with 8 – 15 feet of water. We were in shock, since we just purchased this home in September of 2018. Once the water receded and they would let all the homeowners access to their properties, we all loaded up and headed for major cleanup. Without any water or power for over a month!  When I saw our FireMagic grill, we all said there goes $18,000.00 dollars down the drain. Since Flood insurance did not cover anything in our basement. Another learning curve, well once we finally got the electric and water back on, I decided to clean the grill, the mud was unreal. But, I spent several hours along with my husband Ricky. And we finally got 85% of the mud removed, we decided to plug it in just to see if it would do anything. We were both amazed when the lights, infrared burners, and rotisserie still worked. Then we hooked up a new propane tank, and all the burners and side burners worked perfectly. That’s when we both knew, Fire Magic is truly one of the Finest Quality Grills manufactured. We even sent pictures to the owners of Peterson, they were even amazed. So if you are looking to purchase a new gas grill or build your Dream outdoor kitchen. Finally cleaned up after the flood!

We decided to bring this grill back to Nashville. And bring a smaller grill, which we keep on the upstairs balcony. Just in case another flood decides to surprise us again.
