We offer installation…

When you visit our showroom, please bring the measurements of your current fireplace if you are wanting to replace your gas logs or change from wood burning to gas logs. We need the width, height, depth, and the width of the back wall if it tapers. Most gas logs come in 16, 18, 24, 36, 42, 48 and 60 inch widths. Our sales staff will be able to recommend the correct width for your fireplace opening. Our in house teams of installers are highly experienced and trained to perform running new gas lines and installation of all the products purchased from our store.

Service for our products…

The service department handles maintaining your gas products after your installation. Remember on vent free gas logs the manufacturer recommends having your logs cleaned on a yearly basis for better efficiency. Just contact us to schedule your yearly service call. 615-255-4551.
