When you call our store to have your Fireplace Serviced, Please Read Your Owners Manual First. This will tell you to CHANGE YOUR BATTERIES YEARLY.  In the receiver in the fireplace and in your remote control. Your owners manual will also tell you about how to troubleshoot and what type of maintenance your fireplace requires. Yes, you will be charged a service call when we send our Service Technicians to your home or business.  Even if it’s only changing Your Batteries. If you have Vent Free Gas Logs, these require a cleaning once a year. Let’s be Smart Nashville and Read Your Owners Manual.

      When you are purchasing replacement  Vent Free or Vented Gas Logs, please take a picture of your current fireplace.

• 1. measure the width of the fireplace opening,
• 2. the depth of the fireplace opening,
• 3. the height of the fireplace opening,
• 4. If the back wall tapers, measure that width.
• 5. Make a note where the gas line is coming into the fireplace or coming into your home.

By doing this first, when you visit our showroom this will help our sales staff in choosing the correct size Gas Log for your fireplace. When purchasing New Gas Logs for new construction or remodeling. Bring in your blueprints and what rooms you are wanting a fireplace, codes has restrictions on what type fireplace can go in certain rooms in your home. Also, where the gas line is located in your home. Our installation teams can run the gas lines to your fireplace, install the gas log and fireplace inserts.  We do not build brick fireplaces, we have several free standing fireplaces and contemporary fireplace that we offer installation. Usually, if you need a masonry fireplace, you will have this done and we install the gas logs, But, Very Important, please have all the correct measurements for the gas logs you are wanting prior to building the fireplace. We want to make sure they will fit properly! Especially if you are wanting to add a remote control on your burner, this will need a little more space. Please ask any of our sales staff for any questions or concerns, they will be happy to assist you.
