If you lived in Nashville last year, we had one of our coldest winters in many years. During February our town closed down from the ice storm, and we had to close our store for a week. None of our employees or customers were able to travel on our icy roads. Many people lost power for a couple of days. The only thing that kept us warm was our gas logs. Be prepared for bad weather conditions with vented or vent free gas logs. Available in Natural or Propane Gas.

We have several teams of Service Technicians to provide service on your Vent Free Gas Logs and other products we sell. We only offer service for the products and brands that are sold at our store. The reason we do this, is our employees are only trained on our products, plus we will have the correct replacement parts needed for your products. Please look for a manufacturer tag, Google their website to locate a dealer in your zip code area. If your product is over 10-15 years old and not working properly, it might be time to look at replacing your product. Plan to visit our showroom, we have over 40 plus Fireplaces with Gas or Electric logs, this will help you decide which style is right for your home.
