When you visit our showroom make sure to bring the measurements of your current fireplaces if you are adding or replacing your gas logs. Take a few pictures with your cellphones, this will help our sales staff in showing you the correct type of logs for your fireplace. Most gas logs come in 16 inch, 18 inch, 24 inch and 36 inch widths. We offer installation and service for all the products we sell. We also run the gas lines as well, but we only provide this type of service within 30 miles from our store in Nashville. Are you tried of hauling wood when it’s cold and rainy. If you have Natural or Propane gas in your home, we can easily change your fireplace with vented or vent free gas logs. We also can add a remote control, so all you do is push a button for an instant beautiful fireplace. Throughout our showroom we have over 47 fireplace options for your viewing. Blanket Nashville – Thank You

 

We are collecting new or slightly used blankets for our unhoused communities throughout the Middle Tennessee area through January 10, 2025. Please consider joining us in collecting blankets. How to measure for Real Fyre Gas Logs.

                When you shop local and family owned you will be treated like family. We truly want all our customers to feel at home when you stop by to look for gas products or outdoor furniture for your home. We offer several manufacturers all proudly Made in the USA. All of our sales staff is trained on the products we sell. This is the main reason we are unable to service or repair products not purchased from our store.   The best way to find a certified dealer, please locate your manufacture, Google their website, enter your zip code and a list of local dealers will appear. Then just give them a call to schedule a maintenance call. If you find out the company has gone out of business or there is no local dealer in your zip code area, sometimes a local plumber or HVAC company may be able to repair your product.

Service Your Products!

If you have vent free gas logs, these are recommended to be serviced yearly to clean the dust and dirt buildup for proper performance. If you need to replace your product with a new set of gas logs, Linear fireplace or wood stove. Please take a few pictures, measure your area or fireplace opening and bring this information with you when you visit our store. This will help our sales staff in showing you the various options for replacement. Gas logs should last 15 – 20 years with proper maintenance. When you purchase a new home that has gas logs already installed in your fireplaces. Please give us a call, hopefully the previous owner purchased these gas logs from our store. Just give your home address and we can check our files to see if we installed your gas logs. Then we can offer service and maintenance to keep your products running correctly. Hopefully, for many years of enjoyment.

I was working at our store on Monday taking down the Christmas decorations. A customer approached me and wanted to tell me about one of our sales staff. He was amazed that he didn’t want to sell him new gas logs! Our salesman asked if we ever serviced his gas logs, he told me no, but he changed the batteries when needed, but he did know there are batteries in two locations. One set in the remote control and the other set in the receiver located in the fireplace. This is what controls the gas logs. He came into the store to order a new set of vent free gas logs. We want every customer to know, your vent free gas logs should last 15 years or longer, depending on how often you use them and have yearly maintenance scheduled. All of our sales team will always ask you several questions about your current gas logs before selling you a new set of gas logs. This is why we have been in business for over 50 years. We care about helping you with your heating needs. Remember we sell the products, we are not a general contractor. If you are wanting to tear out your current fireplace and change to a new style, first contact a general contractor, visit our showroom to find the new style of fireplace design you are wanting, get all the correct information about what you will need to order. The contractor will do the removal and frame everything needed for the new fireplace. We install the firebox, run the gas lines and will connect the gas to your new fireplace. Each of our sales staff will be able to explain exactly what steps you need to follow for a very simple installation.
