Google your brand to locate a dealer in your zip code for service. We are Already Booked out Several Week! Once you contact us, it may be 2-3 days before we can return your call to set up your appointment. We are So sorry, but we are like every other company, we need more employees….. we just ask for patience.

How to light your gas pilot light ….

Cold weather is coming this weekend, and we are receiving tons of phone calls, please come light our pilot light. We have been booked for several weeks on providing service calls for our customers. If you just need to light your pilot and it does not need to be repaired or replaced, try googling “ How to Light my Pilot Light” the more information you have on the brand or manufacturer will help you. Each manufacturer has on their website “troubleshooting”. Follow the directions on troubleshooting to light your pilot.  We only provide service for the brands we sell at our store. Our brands are Empire, Peterson, Superior, Dimplex, and Travis. Please Google your manufacturers website to locate a dealer in your zip code for service. If you purchased you products from our store, please call to schedule your yearly service maintenance. We currently are several weeks out, so please call asap to get scheduled.

Grills and Smokers …..

  November has arrived with beautiful weather, our mornings are a little chilly, with frost and fog. But, our afternoon’s are perfect to fire up the grills and smokers for a delicious meal with your family and friends. We still have a few MHP, Weber and FireMagic grills in stock. Plus, some smokers from Primo, Big Green Eggs and Smokin Brothers.  Just stop by our shop to get your new grill or smoker for the perfect Thanksgiving dinner. If the grill or smoker you are looking for is not in stock, it could be up to 2 months or longer to receive. Every manufacturer is still dealing with slow productions, due to the shortage of the employee work force. If you see something you like at our store or another store, buy it when it’s available. Every store in our country is dealing with this issue. We are just like every business, we are currently looking to hire new employees for our warehouse, sales and installation.
